Details on each print are given beside or under each image. Please email, phone or text us, we will then phone you back at a time the suits you to take your order and confirm payment and postage costs. We will then confirm that the print/item is still available and arrange to have it shipped out to you by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier if you choose this option or it is an international delivery. Please remember you are buying limited edition, rear or 'one off' items.

Availability
We do not guarantee that the print/item on our site will always be available,
nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error free service.
Colour/Size
The actual colour of the print/item may not match the colours on your computer
screen depending on your monitor configuration. All size's quoted or stated are
approximate.
If the image is too small or you are not sure it is the correct print and you require us to send you a larger image then what is on the site then please request this and we will be happy to help
Prices
The price do not include delivery. This can be confirmed with us. We can arrange
framing at additional cost.
If you want your prints shipped to you by courier or it is an international delivery we will provide you with a shipping quote, to be agreed by you, prior to dispatch; this price includes packing and insurance in transit.
We don’t currently charge value added tax but reserve the right to do so.
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the published price on the website is incorrect, we will inform you prior to any transaction taking place.
Your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible normally within 2 to 3 days. We will inform you immediately about any delays and advise you of the expected delivery day.
Postage
The cost of posting will is £5.75 up to a weight of 500g and a value of £500. This will cover most single items sold on the site. Courier or higher value prints/items or multiples will be agreed with you prior to sending as will weights over 500g.
Taxes
Purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and local taxes
required.
Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with it’s receipt
for full refund on the following conditions:
1. You must contact us within 7 days of your order’s arrival with you, either by contact form on the website or by email advising us in advance of the return;
2. Return the item in its original packing and undamaged to hungupprints.com c/o Wildwood Gallery 40 Churchgate Street Bury St Edmunds Suffolk IP33 1RG, United Kingdom. It must be returned within 10 days of your order's arrival with you.
Providing you fulfil the above 2 conditions, we will arrange for full refund of the cost or the print/item. You will not be refunded the shipping costs and you must pay for shipping the print/item back to us.
Passing of risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address stated in your order. Title
to the goods will pass to you only when full payment is made for them and we
shall be entitled at any time before title passes without any liability:
to terminate your right to use, sell or otherwise deal in the goods; or re-possess the goods.
In the case of goods returned to us, risk and title and thus responsibility for insurance, will return to us on the safe receipt of undamaged goods.

We charge your credit card only after your approval of the total cost, which

the cost of the artwork, shipping and handling costs (if any) and the sales

VAT (if any). Only then we will charge your credit card and proceed with the
shipping

Can
I license the image of an Artwork for commercial purposes?
The artist or the estate of the artist maintains the rights to the image.
The purchase of an artwork does not imply that the buyer owns the license to
use the image for commercial purposes. At hungupprints.com, images of artworks
may be available for image licensing, for commercial purposes. Please send us
your inquiry, indicating the name of artwork and details of the intended
commercial use.
